Face \u00e0 cet environnement de \u00ab moins en moins pr\u00e9visible et de plus en plus agressif \u00bb, il devient primordial pour les organisations de conna\u00eetre leur environnement avec pr\u00e9cision et de le ma\u00eetriser autant que faire se peut.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La mondialisation, l\u2019instabilit\u00e9 politique, la volatilit\u00e9 des march\u00e9s financiers ou encore la probl\u00e9matique environnementale, sont autant de facteurs pouvant impacter une entit\u00e9.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En optant pour la mise en place d\u2019un management des risques, une entreprise ou une institution se familiarise avec les risques qui la concernent elle, ainsi que ses parties prenantes et peut d\u00e9cider d\u2019un plan d\u2019actions ad\u00e9quat. Quelle mesure pour quel risque ? Tout n\u2019est pas toujours ma\u00eetrisable mais les bonnes d\u00e9cisions au bon moment peuvent permettre de r\u00e9duire consid\u00e9rablement l\u2019ampleur d\u2019un al\u00e9a.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sans effet de surprise puisque toute situation aura \u00e9t\u00e9 anticip\u00e9e et r\u00e9fl\u00e9chie, il est bien plus simple de r\u00e9agir rapidement et de fa\u00e7on ad\u00e9quate.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Imaginons un accident du travail majeur dans un contexte industriel avec des machines potentiellement dangereuses par exemple : les proc\u00e9dures d\u2019urgences sont-elles bien en place ? Le personnel est-il form\u00e9 correctement \u00e0 l\u2019utilisation des machines ? Le personnel est-il form\u00e9 pour r\u00e9agir face \u00e0 un tel \u00e9v\u00e8nement ? L\u2019encadrement a-t-il un plan d\u2019actions pour soutenir les personnes ayant assist\u00e9 \u00e0 la sc\u00e8ne ? Un plan de communication est-il en place pour \u00e9viter une avalanche m\u00e9diatique ?...
