Elle permet de mettre \u00e0 plat l'int\u00e9gralit\u00e9 du fonctionnement ayant cours, pour d\u00e9celer, les failles, les manquements, les points d'am\u00e9liorations. Elle renforce face \u00e0 un environnement extr\u00eamement concurrentiel et complexe, elle s\u00e9curise et apporte davantage de contr\u00f4le de son environnement \u00e0 l'entit\u00e9, et elle optimise l'existant en ne perdant jamais de vue la raison d'\u00eatre de toute organisation, m\u00eame celles \u00e0 but non lucratif : la satisfaction du client. Pour certaines cela signifiera la rentabilit\u00e9 et l'am\u00e9lioration du chiffre d'affaires, pour d'autres, comme les institutions du secteur public, une meilleure qualit\u00e9 de service.
